Hotel Atlas, Dizengoff Square, Tel Aviv
Dvora Group, under a contract with the Reshef Group, carried out repair and restoration work on the Hotel Atlas building at Dizengoff Square in Tel Aviv, ie: demolition work, restoration of the building's concrete facade, reinforcement restoration, putty work, repair of balconies, painting work. The peculiarities of the work were that the hotel is located on one of the first streets of Tel Aviv and has historical and aesthetic value to the architecture of the city, while the works, shops, cafes and restaurants at the bottom of the building remained in operation, and the hotel itself continued to receive customers. Thanks to a good staff, environmental, technical and fire safety measures were observed (there is a travel route, pedestrian paths, residential entrances around the building). The work was done in high quality, without violating the above norms, there were no complaints from the controlling organizations.
Parking, Loria Square 8, Tel Aviv
Dvora Group, under a contract with Reshef Group, performed repair and restoration work on a 5-story parking at Loria 8 Square in Tel Aviv, ie: demolition work, concrete restoration of the building facade, reinforcement restoration, putty work, painting work, repair and concrete of floors , Concrete railings, Renovation of drainage drains. The peculiarities of the work were that the parking lot is located between residential buildings and is important for the life of this area of Tel Aviv, there are narrow and busy travel routes around, during the work, the parking lot remains active and there is a gas station in the parking lot.
